Typically going to Zeppin is a pleasure. The staff is kind and the food the great. Tonight - the service from the one female waitress was subpar. A couple walked in before me and never had been before. I caught her rolling her eyes. I was behind the couple and after seating the couple the waitress proceeded to actively ignore me and anyone else who walked in. I was only there to pick up an online order but the energy and lack of customer service this time placed a bad taste in my mouth

Edit: Came here today and the female server had a rude facial expression, like she was annoyed. We got all you can eat and I dont think she liked how much my husband can eat. We stayed polite, said thank you and have a good day but she didn't respond and we felt rushed while paying. It's disappointing because the sushi here is good. Needs better customer service.
There isn't a lot of seating but it's a good spot for sushi. My first time here, the service was kind of slow but Isaac our server this time was really quick. Ultimate salmon and fresh water eel is my absolute favorite. All-you-can-eat price is better than the individual prices for each dish.

Im not sure why this place has this many good reviews! Ordered sashimi, and a few rolls and they were whatever, they drench the rolls in sauce and its overwhelming same with the kids chicken teriyaki. Obviously the fish isn't fresh since it messed me and my husband up

Sushi spot in Eastvale — they offer all-you-can-eat or just happy hour options from 3-6 PM and 8:30 PM till close. The happy hour is limited Monday through Thursday, but I have to say, the prices are super reasonable. Most Izakaya dishes range from $4 to $5, carpaccio is $11, crispy rice comes in a set of two for $4, and the rolls are either $10 or $13. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I figured the rolls might be smaller during happy hour. Plus, let’s be honest, I can't eat like I used to, so sticking with happy hour was the way to go! Here’s what we got: Takoyaki Crispy rice Shrimp and veggie tempura Rainbow roll Philly roll Zeppin roll Spider roll All of them were absolutely tasty — except the Philly roll, which was just okay. I got it because my partner thought cream cheese was weird in a roll and wanted to try it. That was pretty much my go-to when I was younger, but as I’ve gotten older, my palate has changed! Service amazing! Ambience modern!
So a few of us came to eat here and yes this place is good we all had the all you can eat. The fish was very fresh and the flavors were amazing and the sushi chefs were quick about ur orders and all were very quick and nice. The only thing that bothered me was that we had our nigiri order with about 15 pieces now I had a special request if the sushi could be Seared and a little chili oil on top, but the waiter said that it would be an extra charge of 1 dollar per price to search because it takes time to search the fish. Now im sorry we were already paying 50 bucks per person I wasn't asking for a whole fish to be Seared or anything really special I just wanted a simple quick sear on our sushi. But im sorry might be petty to some but that honestly made me want to leave because we are paying top dollar for the sushi and for the waiter to charge an extra charge for a simple sear I thought that was crazy of them to charge for that. And on top of it when it came time for our drink refill it took our waiter 35 to 40 mins to bring us more soda that I thought was just bad service because they were not that busy. And after that it would just take him forever to come back to us .. but would I recommend this place that's a maybe . Especially if u like ur nigiri with a simple sear than I wouldn't because that extra charge was ridiculous..

First time visit. Servers were attentive. We had Zeppin Chef's special plate, Chef's sushi plate, Dinner Bento, and Zeppin roll. Rich flavors and tasty. We would like to try its AYCE and Happy Hour.
