What can I say it's Charleys it's a tad expensive but oh man the food is good and nice portions. Never an issue on my order and it's hot and fresh. The staff are always friendly and talkative.

The employees need to focus a little more on customer service as there have been many times where you will be standing around waiting for someone to randomly pop out to take your order.

The was great nicely prepared. The service was not so great I did not feel welcomed and when asked about the menu really did not get a good response had to figure it out on my own. Overall I give 4 stars.

My rating is for similar restaurants. The food isn't better than other Charleys, but it's definitely at the top of the chain. What I love most about this restaurant is the servers. They work as fast as they can. They are efficient, and you can talk and joke with them while they are making your food.

Solid sandwich, however, this establishment refused to give me a cup for water. I ate the sandwich but was very parched. I hope they are able to start offering water again in the future :-(

Excellent customer service! This was my first visit and I ordered a regular philly cheese steak. While I waited for my order to cook, I decided to add bacon after seeing another customer added bacon. I was able to pay the difference for the addition without any hassle. I will have to go back again to try all of the combinations of ingredients.
