Visited the base on a Saturday. They weren't busy, but we waited about 6 minutes before they even took our order (no one ahead of us) and it then took about 10-15 minutes to get the food. One worker had a very dirty shirt on. Another worker was singing rather loudly while she was filling an order. No professionalism. As for the food, the cinnamon apple pie was good. The chicken on the sandwich was good, but i asked for no pickles and they were on it and the roll and cheese were cold.

I used the app tonight for the first time, I should have just walked in....40 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. I also should have checked before leaving the store, but they had everything checked off.....only to drive 30 minutes home and find out NONE of the sides were in the bags, but hey they'll offer $4.70 refund to make up for 2 large mashed potatoes, 1 large red beans and rice and 2 large coleslaw missing......if $4.70 covers all that then they are seriously over charging for individual orders of said sides. But in the words of Leroy Jenkins.....at least I have chicken.

Wasn't too happy with customer service.- Female cashier K...wasn't very welcoming. She rolled her eyes in front of the customer when presented with an alternative payment. Didn't offer the customer sauces, or even a "thank you".- Cook C...gave a big sigh when asked if they had more spicy chicken. Everyone in the line heard it.Be a little more professional when providing service to customers.

Busy AAFES franchise location at lunchtime. Suggest getting there no later than 11am to beat the long lines. Food has always been hot and tasty with never an issue with my orders.

I have eaten here three times, each time ordering something new and I've always ended up with bathroom issues not long after.

This may be the slowest Popeyes ever and they usually screw up orders.

Went in at 5:15 pm on Sunday, while there was still chicken behind the counter and was told the store was closed. Doesn't close until 6pm.

Avoid the Popeyes boneless wings. They are really small scraps with breading. Maybe a snack, but definitely not for lunch.

Please learn to count

Bought an eight piece meal to go but when I got home there was only seven pieces. Please teach your employees how to count.

Food was fresh and very hot. My co-workers order was "lost" but the situation was quickly fixed and the food was good.
