Terrible service waiter took 15 minutes ro bring my drink

They were being very dismissive about the situation and would not let us find a different solution I’ve been coming for years and I’m not sure I would recommend or if I would be coming back to this location I hope to hear a response from them

This Applebee's was not a good experience. Server struggled, got orders incorrect, food was very sub par and either over done or cold. Slow service for a mostly empty restaurant.

Good service and nothing more, the place is dirty, it smells bad, it shows that it has not been properly maintained.
The food to forget, dry meats, without flavor. The freezer garnishes, everything tastes like a refrigerator, the mashed potatoes, the alfredo pasta, the bbq castillas, the boneless, everything seems reheated in the microwave.
The best thing you can do is not stop here.

Today I went out with my friend to enjoy some drinks and food. The server, Francisco, was far from nice and friendly. He laughed in my friends face when my friend asked for prices of drinks. This made my friend feel bad and decided not to ordery a drink, no one should be treated like that. Please fix your customer service Apple bees.

Service was terrible, server brought the wrong drink (and okay that happens) but he forgot to bring the correct one and when he finally brings it (only because I asked him for it in passing because he didn’t check on us) he drops it off annoyed and leaves so quickly. The hostess brings us to-go silverware saying they ran out of silverware (keep in mind we are 1 of 4 families in the restaurant when we got there) and yet the next 3 parties to get there get regular silverware (so like, what?). The (food) wings were dry looked like they left them under the heater light until our food was ready because it all came out at the same time and the four cheese Mac and chicken tasted like water down Alfredo and also looked and tasted like it was under the heating lamp forever. My kids cheeseburgers were actually good at least they didn’t mess with their food. But overall just a terrible experience, which was disappointing because I USED to love going there, but this time I felt profiled and unwelcome, even trying to get my check, so I can leave proved to be a task for our server who once again I had to flag down and once he finally got it we were waiting so long for him to come get my card to pay because once again he just dropped off the ticket and ran. My family finally got up went to the car to wait, while I waited for him to close out our check. Beyond disappointed and I must admit that for the first time ever I didn’t tip, which I always do, feels taboo but I couldn’t justify tipping such a bad experience.

I love a good Applebees but this location has had an issue with their plumbing for years and it seems to continue to go unaddressed. Last time in will be the last time in until we hear elsewhere the issue with the plumbing is resolved. The smell was horrid it was so difficult to enjoy ourselves, much less eat. To top it off it was really humid and hot in there so it was like a smelly hot fart sauna.

Food here is just not good and the service at the bar is slow only one person taking orders for a busy bar

Food was great, service was better than most places. I took my toddlers w no entertainment. The food was fast enough that they ate and were good. The white queso & wonton tacos are a favorite! We tried the nachos, they were okay.

Kid-friendliness: They have kids menu and puzzles which helped alot.

The folks were really nice,they had really good custermer service,want to give the food a 4 star rating,but there was just to meany cold dishes for me.The place is tricky to get into.I would eat there again im a fan of apple bees.

It's Applebee's folks. What I liked best was that Happy Hour starts again at 9pm and the drinks were good.
