Only gets one star because the appetizer (artichoke dip) was quickly delivered and was delicious. Meals were delivered at different times and portions are smaller than you'd expect (I expected something like a black angus plate and I ended up with a McDonald's dollar menu item). Waitress was not attentive and made mistakes on the receipt (causing us to have to wait longer than we had to). Steak was not done medium-rare, like ordered but well-done. 'Free-WiFi' didn't even connect. All in all a terrible place to eat, with terrible service and food. You're better off going to the McDonalds or Sonic nearby.

Rib-let's seem to be just pieces of the back of the pig or waste meat. Onion soup was not very good as it was lukewarm causing the cheese to seem fake. Bread was soggy. Fish also barely had flavor.

TLDR: Terrible food and service. Take your grumbling stomach somewhere else.

I waited 15min at table and i was never approched for my order, So i left.

Food took so long. Then the burger we got didn't taste good. The vegetables looked either old or over cooked. We got a refund. The server was always profecional dealed withe the matter in a good manner.

So I went to Applebees not my first choice since its rep is as bad as it is, I mean look at the reviews if you don’t believe me. More than half say the service was terrible, but back to me. Genuinely the worst service ever, and they’ve forgotten my order at a different restaurant before, because how is it possible I waited 45 minutes for a damn dessert?? I know I shouldn’t be spoiled and expect it in 5 but 45 minutes for a chocolate cake I could’ve got at jack still leaves me in shock. Like did they milk the cows? Did they harvest the wheat? I genuinely would like to know because it’s a question I have till this day. We reminded the staff three times and they still took their time so Applebees, I won’t be going back.

Today is father's day & I took my oldest son to eat along with his son and my mother, they ordered all u can eat...to make a long story short, my son and grandson were finished with 2nd plate and my mom still waiting for hers...mind u NEVER did we get any beverage refills...(we were there over an hr)I do understand it's father's day but we would ALL like to enjoy eating our meal together...NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE...BUT ENJOYED BEING WITH MY SON ON HIS SPECIAL DAY 🙏👌

Only reason i go is convenience. Bar is always messy, theres a smell in there that never goes away and food is mediocre.

Update...I came here again after some time the service was terrible and food was far from par this time. I am very disappointed and will not be coming back here again.

Got the 2 for $35 deal, the 2 for deals are the best choice in my opinion. Food was good and service was great. The Christmas decorations added a nice touch to the atmosphere. No complaints.

Waited 40 mintues for order to be delivered and it was someone else's order. Now we are waiting again 40 mintues and no order yet.

Long wait to get seated, and a long wait to get table service. Seemed understaffed. Food was fine, and service was fine once our waiter got to us.
