They have different sizes of glasses on the menu and whenever I go and ask for the small size they NEVER have them and they make you buy the large size! If they have different measurements on the menu THEY HAVE TO PROVIDE THE DIFFERENT MEASURES! And to finish the terrible service, the lady who served me did so very reluctantly because I told her that they always do the same thing with the small glass, they never have it! ?
The pretzels are very delicious!
Terrible service, three young girls should give good training to treat customers, if one is asking what they made a mistake in the order, they will get upset and they still tell one of them “take care of the other one” I think she didn't hear me well, but oh well heThe point is that they made fun and got angry when I told them that she should also insure me, It's not free and I'm paying.
Twice bad service within a week. First, 3 employees all ignoring customers. A week later, only one employee and he said “I am alone and you hace to wait if you want me to help you” We waited a few minutes but no service. We left.

Just saw comment. Yesterday customer service was slow and only 6 items were in window and most of it was one flavor and it was going to take 10 to 20 minutes for anything else to be done. She worked on one pretzel for 2 diffrent customers and every customer she said I'll be right with you still working on that one. The pretzels I got she had to salt the butter and salt were warmer than the actual pretzel. Not worth it.
