I just went there today, December 26th, and they were closed. I looked on google maps to see their status before I got in my car. It said they were open. When I got there the doors were locked and there was no notice saying that they were closed. What horrible customer service! Absolutely give your employees time off at the holidays, but you need to let your customers know that you will be closed.

Excellent food. Rueben actually had shaved meat not sliced. And lots of it. Only got a half and it was plenty. Husband had sub. Full sandwich. Took half home. Very good

I ordered an iced coffee, but when I got it, there were small clumps floating on top and it had a strange, tart taste. I went back through the drive-through to ask for a replacement, but the staff said they needed manager approval and that “it’s supposed to be like that.” I’ve ordered iced coffee plenty of times before, and it’s never looked or tasted like that. It really didn’t seem right, and I was disappointed that they wouldn’t replace it or even check if something was off with the batch.

Ordered online trough their website, arrived 20 minutes later to pick up and the lady turned arround ripped the ticket from the machine and told me they’ll start working on it, no one was in line they were just not paying attention now I have to waste my lunch time waiting on them

The staff was great! Atmosphere was a little loud, but was pretty good. I was very much not satisfied with the food. Everything tasted very pre-packaged. I got the chicken salad and it was 100% canned chicken. My mom got something with avocado and it was pre-packaged as well. For the price, I was expecting fresh meat and ingredients. Cute place tho. I'd prefer Panara everyday over this.

I immediately ate my food before taking any pictures, but I got the Austie Boss panini-style and the banana pudding—so good, as always! I come here all the time and the front staff are seriously some of the friendliest people around. They’re always happy to give recommendations and make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is cozy, laid-back, and just feels good to be in. If you haven’t tried it yet, this is your sign. 10/10, highly recommend!

The people taking our order was rude when I told them that I wanted a milk substitute and started laughing at us too. I was trying to explain them that I ordered from the passenger seat and she just shouted “this a freaking wrong” to the people in the back. Horrible service

Jerry was incredibly friendly, the atmosphere was very positive and a delight even with how bustling the lunch rush was. I can see why this is a Valley favorite. Outstanding establishment!
