I had to post a review after ordering from UberEats last night. My order was terrific. I’ve only been here twice in person so ordering from them was out of my usual. However I’m so glad I went with my gut. The food was great, packaged nicely. With a ranch I didn’t order not sure if it’s complimentary. I was left overall very satisfied. So was my stomach. I would order again. Thank you :)

I went to buffalo 2 months algo, was not very busy waited 20 minutes and was not seated, i left. Today I came back in hopes of being served this time and waited 20 minutes again, same story wait 5 minutes for a table to be ready and wasted my time waiting. I would of been happy if they said from the start there would be a 30 minute wait time instead of lying to me and wasting peoples time.

We got there, it wasn't too busy so we were sat down pretty quick. Server came got our order down. Brought our drinks and food and then we never saw her again. I had to ask another worker if we could have our check. They have the TVs and music really loud, we had to practically yell our order to the server.

Lately their wings have been disgusting. The chicken has a nasty after taste like the meat is rotten or like they cooked it in dirty dish water. Once it was so gross that me and my husband didn’t want to finish our food because we are afraid of getting sick. We’ve gonna on 3 separate occasions over the last couple months and it hasn’t gotten better. Safe to say we won’t be back for a very long time. 2 stars because at least the staff is nice.

Horrible service , waitress took almost 40 mins after seating to take our drinks orders, 20 mins past by and she never placed order when we asked . Restaurant is not crazie busy , most of employees just in a spot chitchatting . Waiting is understandable when place is busy but sadly this is not tge case today
Never got my food the girl that was helping me totally ignore me while helping other customers with bigger table bigger parties with beer and only my plate was only one never came to check up on us over a hour wait REALLY BAD SERVICE!!

Yesterday I was seated fast, but the service was extremely horrible. I’d understand if the place was packed, but this was not the case. The server took our order, but never once checked on us, He just disappeared into the kitchen. We were there for probably over two hours. I’d understand if they were backed up, but there was no communication, no check ups, nothing. It sucks because we don’t go out to eat often and we will definitely not be going back.

I've been coming here since it opened and the service seems to be on a constant decline. I understand a place can be busy or understaffed but everytime with no improvement is outright laziness from managements part. The service poor and the quality of food is not there. I'd save yourself the trouble of thinking this place has improved go elsewhere to hangout with friends or family.
