I believe 09-22-25 i’m doing this review to make people aware of what goes on in places like Burger King when we’re not looking or even worse when we’re looking in my case I pulled up with my grandbaby got her happy meal and myself number one pulled up to the front. the guy was picking his Knows then, handing me my drinks I was grossed out then he proceeded to gather the rest of my stuff and pass Me my food and grabbed his nose, blew in it and squeezed his palm together and flung his snot to the floor. I couldn’t believe it. I am still grossed out. To me, this is Urgent. Someone must review it in the camera. See how disgusting he is and get rid of him so I wanted to complain to the manager. But I did not want to see him so I called the next morning over and over never ever did someone pick up try again Wednesday someone picked up. I spoke to the manager assistant she apologize and instead of go ahead and come in for the meals again I told her absolutely not. I will not be eating there anymore for a long time. I only wanted my refund and that was it. I went in for my refund and just my luck who walks out of the freezer picking his nose my mouth fell to the floor. I was like unbelievable. Are you kidding me? So he was helping the people before me and I’m looking at him so disgusted he is overweight and he’s sitting there pouring of sweat and getting his hand and wiping all his sweat off of his forehead and then turning around to get the ladies food and that alone disgusted me I mean you’re touching your sweat and then touching food that’s gross. You’re picking your nose and throwing it on the floor. And you’re picking your nose right in front of everybody am I the only one that’s disturbed about this? I mean I get it. It’s called Burger King but dang picking your boogers is gross. Go to the rest and wash your freaking hands. I don’t even wanna go out to eat anymore after seeing that and I think if someone’s overweight and they can’t work without pouring a sweat, they shouldn’t be in a food environment. So when it was my turn, he asked me how can he help me? I told him I wanted to speak to the manager and get this. The manager refused to come out and told him to deal with me and I was shocked once again, and I told him no, I do not want to speak to anyone else, but the manager I mean come on the complaint was about him. She finally came out. She gave me my refund. She just want to get rid of me. She really didn’t Seem too interested about it at all and before she went in the room to get my money she had let him know what she was gonna do as if she needed permission from him I don’t get that part I don’t know what’s happening to her food, industry restaurants they just don’t seem to care who they hire and how customer services anymore. I try to call the corporation or franchise number for Burger King and it rings and then says the number four and hangs up so I’m like Dan not even the franchise cares I’ll tell you this if I was gonna be part of Burger King open up a Burger King somewhere I would definitely never do it They show that customer service is not important irrelevant and I feel like they hire any sloppy person. They don’t have any pride in their business. I used to love to eat Burger King. But now, when I think of Burger King, I think of that sloppy man, young man that was not giving a crap how he representsBurger King He don’t care if I was his boss, he would be gone. I Guess some companies just don’t take any pride in what they own and how they represent themselves to the public I have a picture of him that I was gonna post but For his sake, I won’t

The El Centro Burger King is horrible, went on 7/26/25 and there was a HORRIBLE STENCH in the place. We went ahead and ordered and it took them 5 times and still did not get the burger right, not sure if it was because the supervisor and staff only speak to you in spanish. They were rude and it was the worst experience at any Burger King I have been to. I'm going to go out of town from now on if I want Burger King. The staff before these people were so much nicer and always got our orders right, so disappointed since it's the ONLY Burger King in town.

So as far as BK's, it's not bad. I like using the self order kiosk but my order always gets messed up. Not a big deal we still get our main order right. I will give a shoutout to an outstanding employee, Raul! He delivered great service with a smile. Truely a hard worker and deserves recognition

Horrible customer service, got ignored for 5 min while 3 employees looked at me and didn’t approach to say “hi we will be with you in moment” i could see my order there ready. In the meantime they were laughing and having a non work conversation. Manager in the back had to step in and help me.

I hadn’t been a Burger King in many many years. We wanted something small and satisfying the dogs 🐕 were also hungry so we were next to a Burger King 👑 and decided to pull in; glad we did. They were on top of their game today. Service, food and atmosphere were excellent. Either that or we were just hungry 😋. Whatever the case it was a great experience. The manager was also awesome and polite and had good manners. 🌺
