Chipotle Mexican Grill

Running out of red sauce and not preparing more for the night around 7:47pm when they close at 10pm. Didn't mention that they were making more or anything.

the workers are too slow, always too busy talking amongst one another. they don’t bother with “welcome” or “thank you”. I order my food for pickup all the time and somehow it still takes me 10 minutes to get my food… disappointing establishment.

Protein portions are ridiculously small, way smaller than any other chipotle I’ve ever been to. So you basically get an overpriced bean and rice burrito. You’re better off going to Burrito Factory a few blocks down. You get an actual burrito with meat and way cheaper. Not sure if this location is ran by a non corporate chain? Because I’ve never ever seen a chipotle serve such small portions of meat. Don’t waste your money, go elsewhere where.

I'm giving 1 star because I ordered double steak and felt I received only few cubes of steak. I also ordered my bowl with fajitas vegetables missing and also the bowl was filled half the usual amount. The rest of my family received half size portions as well. I guess Chipotle is not interested in returning customers. Oh well. This is just dishonest and misleading. Better just advertise we are not raising prices but instead we reduced portions by half.

I came in yesterday to order a burrito and the guy attending my order was yelling at the employees across the room. It's the short, muscular dude with anger management issues and no concept of being discreet. He also messed up my food by rushing the process and it ended up with small portions on the protein, cold tortilla, making it a cold burrito. Stop with the sloppiness.

The food is good but I have had to wait a long time several times even though multiple employees are there. They only have one person waiting on everyone no matter how long the line is. Last time there were four employees doing other things while I stood there waiting to have my presence acknowledged.

This Chipotle is a hit and miss. I definitely enjoy it now but when it's busy it can back up and stay packed for a while. I usually avoid it when there is any line. All in all not bad wait times just more than I'm happy with

This Chipotle was great when i visited it. the rice was juicy and warm, the meats all fresh/moist and cooked properly, the salsa thick and savory.

The staff were nice and the store was clean.

I got the Barbacoa and it was perfectly seasoned and juicy.

P.S.
The lower portion sizes is a nationwide event, it's not specific to just this Chipotle.

I usually rate resturants with 5 stars and I usually give positive feed back today I noticed that in the El Centro Chipotle resturant the floors were dirty it looked like they had not taken the time to sweep after the lunch crowd ( I arrived around 4pm) there were tables that were dirty needed to be wiped down. The chips were very very salty. I feel bad for the customers who have high blood pressure Chipotle chips will bring up their high blood pressure. I didnt even go check out the bathrooms I wish I did just to see if they made time to clean it up unlike the floors. But the employees were on top of being friendly fast to take orders and prepaid food
