The A/C is at 72 degress and here in the valley is very hot my children get sick because of tempature difference.

The cookie side of this establishment, Great American cookies which is only available through delivery sent one dozen frozen cookies! Very unhappy as these were a gift. Do not order the cookies unless you want them Frozen. It would be nice if they noted on the app that the cookies would be frozen!

ok guys now I don't know what's going on with chuckee cheeses but me and my family celebrated my daughters 6th bday last weekend and let me tell you that the customer service was great !! and this is coming from a Costco family of employees they just really stepped there game up they where very attentive to cutting the cake , bringing chuckee out and making it no work for me and my wife I gladly tipped the two host ..
