Church's Texas Chicken

I love Church's Chicken. But recently, their chicken is not juicy like it used to be. Their muffins are not soft and fluffy any more. Their corn on the cob is no more. They serve the corn in a container, and it tastes like cream corn. I don't like it anymore. Plus it got very expensive.

I had never complained about this place until it was worth it... bad, cold and expensive... the truth is I'm not going back, the last time I even asked them to please have freshly made pieces and it seemed like they I told them to give me food from the day before, chewy and tough chicken, apart from being cold and tasteless, very bad and very expensive, it's not worth it anymore, since the new management they're going from bad to worse, I'd better go to KFC, well and hot, just as expensive but better

If you order delivery they will deliver your order wrong either on purpose or incompetence that's the Church's Chicken guarantee tried calling and complaining to the manager and to customer service and not one of them would help or care they just keep referring you somewhere else or it's someone else's fault I don't recommend this restaurant they should fire all of their staff and management

Ordered 3 combos with two extra sides and only got fries and cole slaw two mash potatoes went missing. I think I should take my time and check entire order next time.

This is one of the most tightly run Church's I've ever come across. The inside always sounds like a war room or emergency room due to the constant beeping and ultra tight quarters, but everyone is moving and the food surfaces look clean. It's quick for how small the restaurant is and, unlike the nearby KFC with their hit or miss food and great customer service, this place always has fresh food that tastes like it was prepared correctly to spec even when the staff are sometimes too overloaded to even take your order.
