Cold Stone Creamery

I love cold stone, but this one in El Centro; my daughter and I were in town celebrating an achievement and decided to go get some ice cream but oh no the lady that was attending she was so rude. I asked for my ice cream and she was so bothered by it that I didn’t even end up having what I would have liked, and when it was my daughter’s turn, she was soo rude and unfriendly that my daughter seemed so anxious and asked me to order her ice cream then I told this lady, can you be more friendly? This is an ice cream place! Then she kind of changed it a little.

The place looks very dark! Plus employees do need to be more customer service oriented. Only two employees working one seem to be annoyed by our presence. Even more when we mentioned we had a BOGO deal coupon. Their uniforms (hats) looked very old!!

Went last night with me and my kids . The female that attended us her customer service is horrible and seems like she hates her job .Just by looking at her facial expressions says it all . (Jan 11 round 630pm)

It always smells like feet in there and a lot like old wet rags. In San Diego they always have it clean.

The service was friendly but I wanted a waffle cone and got a waffle cup. The ice cream was decent and the location had seating indoors. They also sell caramel apples, cold cakes and treats. Three stars is the appropriate review scoring.

This store’s employees are not only disrespectful but discriminated a gentleman just trying to get ice cream. They told him to serve him he has to pay first because of the way he looked. The employees behavior was shocking and extremely upsetting to us waiting to be served. Everyone should be treated with respect and this event just left me speechless. The owner should be ashamed and focus on teaching their employees how to treat people.

The workers of this cold stone are extremely unprofessional and discriminate! Not only did they exclude a customer and required him to pay first but didn’t ask any other customers to do so was extremely unprofessional. I don’t care how you look no one deserves to be treated differently. The “assistant manager” claimed to call the manager but was present the whole time. This behavior is disgusting and I hope they review there skills when it comes to customer treatment.

Friendly staff always and ice cream is really good ?

Paid $20 for a half full container.

Barely filled my small cup of ice cream that was almost $8. Very poor service.

Really bad service , I order online and order wasn’t ready.

Service was horrible,the workers act like they don't hear you and are just bad in general.

Good customer service, staff is friendly and welcoming.
