The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because we live in Yuma about 70 miles away. People have been begging Costco to build in Yuma as long as we've been here for 7 1/2 years. Sam's Club is way too small, and competition is always good for the Yuma area.

I live out of state and frequently travel to visit family in California, Washington, etc. I've visited various Costcos and encountered many greeters and associates, most of whom are great. However, on Sunday, 9/29, around 1 pm, I had a disappointing experience at a particular Costco. While entering the store with a family member to return a pair of jeans, the receipt checker associate yelled at me, saying 'Sir! Where are you going?' in a condescending tone. I replied that I was going to return something, and she pointed out the return counter, despite my familiarity with the process. This encounter was unsettling, unlike any previous Costco experience. The associate was a Hispanic woman, approximately 5'6", in her 40s, with brown hair, blonde highlights, and glasses. Thankfully, the lady at the return counter was lovely, which is why I gave this Costco 3 stars instead of 1.
