Didn’t want to take my general Dairy Queen coupon for a free small ice cream. It was valid at all Dairy Queen’s but Seemed they didn’t know how to ring it up.
When in on Wednesday about 1:30pm the place was empty more then 2 employees working no body on the drive thur line either we only ordered 3 items with 1 iteam being a cone and it took forever to get the order we ordered a banana split that thing looked like it had been sitting there forever I should off asked for my money back which I did but not going back will we stick with Fosters instead

Worst service...got my order wrong 3 times and the burgers tasted terrible. The meat is low quality. Very pricey for food and ice cream.

Parking: Terrible not enough spaces ugly to get out you have to wait til the drive thru line moves for one to get out

You all want a " living wage" serving fast food but cant even attend customers in one of the easiest fast food jobs where you just serve cones and blend things.Also Management...if you are going to have just one worker have like a bell or buzzer to notify them of a customer...people passing by waiting for ice cream then just leaving so no worker is avaible .but then again some people were yelling to ask if it was open...no body answers

The products no longer have the same quality, the banana split a lot of cream, little snow and the same chocolate, pineapple and strawberry toppings.
