Are DQ franchises or is it headquarters? Tables don't get cleaned often, always loaded with crumbles, floor filthy, trash can overflowing, restroom stinky, etc etc ?

Place was filthy, food scraps are everywhere and the employees do not clean up. It seems like a health hazard with the remains of food and trash all over the floor! I don’t understand how this place still has an A health rating.

Employees cleaning up and not paying attention to their surroundings at all, zero acknowledgement to customers.I also understand prepping things and getting ahead for closing time but having cones only from the whole menu 40 minutes before closing time is just bad service.

Purchased a peanut buster parfait. I love them so much. But the peanuts were old and had a rotten taste. Had to throw it away and it made me sick to my stomach. Not good.
