My order was wrong and the manager didn’t offer anything. There’s nothing he can do (Jose the manager told me) basically they stole my money🥲
My kids were so sad, we lasted 2weeks to earn, to save the money for our pizza.
Horrible customer service! Called and explained my issue (no pineapple on one pizza and burnt dessert) was told I was wrong because "they check them before sending them out!" They were super rude and unprofessional about the situation! I felt like I was talking to a child! Never again!
