Another reason why I hate going to dunkin, not only do they mess up the size of my coffee but they never have donuts. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but they always fumble the ball.

Wait time is long, the second drive thru lane is closed, the app doesn't reflect what they have available in store, they constantly get your order wrong. Today I ordered a sourdough sandwich, waited 30 minutes to get it. Only to get home and find out they forgot the bread.... On a SANDWICH. This location is run by the most incompetent workers they could find. Don't bother with this dunkin

The donuts are soft and taste great! The place was clean and the service was pretty good. I enjoyed this heart shaped donut with strawberry filling. The strawberry filling had a great taste not like your regular strawberry jam for pb&j sandwiches

i went yesterday and i was the first one in line and Andrew saw me and i know because we made eye contact so he knew i was inline first, i also had a timer for lunch break while i was waiting to be attended i get ignored and Carlos then helps the person behind me when clearly they had cut in line to see the menu but instead of Andrew communicating with Carlos he smiled and went back to his area on what he was doing & i took that as being rude , it’s not the first time Andrew does that , & i let it slide a couple times but he keeps doing the same , so then Carlos as well takes the order of the person who had went to look at the menu first when i was there waiting patiently to be assisted! bad customer service please work on that !

Worst experience ever, purchase donuts through the app and get to site, waiting almost 30 min to my order completed and when they handled to me they said “we don’t have any donuts you did ask for, we filled with the onces we have” not even asking what we want, also manager was rude, “we can’t give your money back, take it or leave it, plus, coffee was cold, refresher was flavor less and the wrap has the lettuce sour and watery, I order a breakfast croissant, the meat still frozen, we filed a claim and still doesn’t receive any answer
