Although our food was delivered to our table quickly, they did not provide friendly, responsive, or helpful customer service. Servers never checked up on us but were more attentive to other tables. When we asked for more napkins, we never received any. It was difficult to get the attention of any server, especially when we wanted boxes to go and refills. The food was okay but could have been better.

guy waiter is rude, impatient, and has no respect for customers, was 15 of us and we each got service fee charge, gave us answers with bad attitude, never came back to see if we needed assistance, we got charged double for sharing drinks, never again going back.

My family and I have been long standing patrons of this establishment, going for over a decade now. We have always enjoyed the food and service. However today we were very disappointed. We ordered food at the restaurant and took leftovers home. When looking through the leftovers, an insect was found in the chow mein. We went back to the restaurant to complain and they suggested the insect entered the food while at home and offered only $30 as a refund. Very disappointed that they even suggested such a thing. They have lost a customer today.
