I had order here before and everything was good, unfortunately this time was not the same experience food for so bad that we couldn’t eat it, I call the place to see if I can get my money back. Once I hear that no I couldn’t. I ask to talk to the supervisor just to inform him that food was not good at all. He said you can bring it back? But definitely you are not getting your money back.

Bad customer service, the waiter got our order wrong he brought salt and pepper chicken instead of salt and pepper fish. We asked for it upon ordering. Mind you the waiter didnt write down our order while ordering. I hady family with me When I asked for the salt and pepper fish, he was rude.On top of that the waiter put his hand up like screw the customer. Overall the food could have been better. This restaurant requires etiquette customer service and prioritize customers. He wouldn't check up on our table and we had to call the other servers to assist us. We were recommended to this place, its unfortunate that we had to experience this.

Although our food was delivered to our table quickly, they did not provide friendly, responsive, or helpful customer service. Servers never checked up on us but were more attentive to other tables. When we asked for more napkins, we never received any. It was difficult to get the attention of any server, especially when we wanted boxes to go and refills. The food was okay but could have been better.
