The place was pretty busy, the employees were very attentive and efficient. I ordered 12 burgers for my youth group, and they had them ready within a few minutes! The place was clean and organized, the employees were busy stocking the dispensers and the fountain drinks. Shout out to Saul, when my order was ready, very kindly, he helped me take my items to my car.
The truth is, the flavor of their burgers left a lot to be desired. I had heard a lot about these establishments and had the opportunity to try them for the first time. They are not bad, but there are many better ones. The flavor of the bread is very good, but other than that the meat, and its seasonings, are very tasteless and lack seasoning. The potatoes are regular. The milkshakes don't taste great either. The service is fast and friendly despite there being many customers...
Had it before and was good. Today I ordered dine-in. The whole order was cold. Not not-cold; cold. I ask kindly if they could reheat and they just threw it away. Replacement wasn't hit either. Slightly burned on the outside but still cold in the inside. Even the cheese just hardened up before I could even take a bite.
