Infernos in El Centro has really bad service the pizza is not good and the bar service only serves beer cause they had no bartender and waitress did not know how to do mix drinks.

I ordered delivery through DoorDash. When food arrived the crusts on all three pizzas were completely burned. The burned crust was so hard and chewy, it could easily break a tooth. The onion rings were slightly over cooked but still edible. Door dash issued an $11 refund on the $60 order, which was greatly appreciated being that the quality of the food is not their fault.

I tried the Chipotle Burger and the pizza. Both were amazing. The pizza was thin and crispy with generous toppings. The burger was juicy with fresh toppings, chipotle mayo and jalapeños. The service was fast and friendly. I only took off a star because the iced tea wasn't fresh.

Service was slow. Two other guest got their food before I did and I arrived 20 mins earlier and to top it off they used a microwave to heat up our food. Overall waited 45 mins with just our drinks.

We ordered a large pizza with half supreme and all meat. Got the wrong pizza at first. Then they were charging me for two pizza instead of one. Then found out they charged me twice for my order. Customer service is okay. They have room to improve.
Horrible service! Got ignored while waiting to be seated and finally when someone bothered to give us a table we got ignored the whole time. No one bothered to come to our table not even for the drinks, so we got up and left and they saw us walking out and didn’t even bother to say anything. First and last time coming to this place.

HORRIBLE! Very Expensive bad service, water tastes horrible. Took 50 min to bring fries and overcooked chicken tenders.Ask for $9 dllr onion rings got Six pieces, 3 tiny and 3 big, cold and grease. 2 other couples that came after us got served first, and our order was nachos and 10 pc wings. Never going back again EVER.

Decided to give this place a try, never had it before. The waitress was okay.. we ordered a bit of everything. Friends got burgers (they were both dry) they did not enjoy them. Me and my husband ordered the sliders and boneless wings. Sliders were burnt, the slider he got was literally a boneless wing with a slap of cheese and the bread lol. I was already done with half my plate by the time they decided to bring out my fries that come with the plate.. it was hot inside , service was mediocre. She brought the fries out and I just requested a to go box because it was way to hot/humid in there and I was already over it.
