The manager Reina or Reyna however, is so unprofessional and extremely rude, the only reason I’m giving stars is because of the cashier Stephanie who made our experience worth it, I feel really bad for the other staff who have to deal with the manager. Reina please consider a different profession, get the jack outta there .

Ordered chicken strips and had asked if the order was correct since it came in a white bag and salad box, the lady at the window gave the rudest tone and literally rolled her eyes at us when we asked if it was the strips. Did not catch her name, it happened late Sunday night on 08/17. Get her off the window if she’s so miserable and rude working here.

Around 90% of the time your order is not the one they give you, and they take so long to take orders with nothing on their screen. Its always dirty, and the soda machine is dirty and missing syrups

Food was good. I had trouble understanding the cashier tho. But he was polite. The food came out quickly. He made sure that I checked to make sure that my order was correct also and ask me if I needed any condiments etc
Vegetarian options: There is not a lot of healthy choices for vegetarians but you can order side of white rice or the egg roll I believe has no meat in it or you can order the teriyaki bowl and have them leave the chicken out so you would just have the rice and the vegetables in the sauce which is delicious
Parking: The parking lot is super small and the drive through line often protrudes out into the street so there is not a lot of parking
The whole service is way too good, but I have a complaint, I'm a young woman and I used your restroom but I had to urinate while sitting in a toilet with pee splashed on it because of men who urinate standing up... Please do something for women, we shouldn't go through this, we cannot share our restroom because we pee sitting and men do not so. 🥺
