i ordered and it took them 50 minutes to do my order i asked them how much longer and they tried to say i didn’t order and didn’t want to give me my food got it at the end at least. worst experience would not recommend don’t come here!!!!

Ok, it's a very nice place but it needs decaffeinated coffee. I don't know why they removed it, but otherwise it's a Jack's that has plenty of seats and you can chat very comfortably for a long time.

Literally the best Jack in the Box when it comes to customer service. The staff are so nice and do the best to make your experience a perfect one. One of the female managers put everything I ordered into combos so the price wouldn't be as big. Also, one time they forgot to take down one of my beverage orders so they gave me the beverage for free. The staff talk to you like you're an actual human being and not like they hate being at work. I've had so many bad experiences at all the fast food joints in El Centro, but this one makes you forget that you're living in such a horrible place.
