Just picked up two giant subs today. I would not go back again. Way she made sub was very sloppy. Chunk of Mike's sauce giant bell paper just not sure if you call that sandwich. Just threw stuff together. This was my second visit and it will be the last one. Thank you for your service Imperial Valley Deserves Better

If you don’t want the employees to be mad at you make sure to visit 2 hrs before closing time. 1 hr is not enough for them to clean and close. Duh.

Went to Jersey Mike’s for the first time today female took my order, put clean gloves on and started to make my sandwich. Then she proceeded to clean the grill touch the trashcan, and I asked the gentleman in the store to have her change her gloves as she proceeded to go back to make my sandwich at that time I got attitude and then the gentleman helped another new customer offered her a cookie for being A new customer and had her signed up for rewards while I got nothing. I told him that they should train the girl so that everyone got the same deal. attitude and stated have a good day
I went to get a sandwich today for the first time. It was so good. Place is a bit small. It would be hard for a wheelchair to get around in there. But what really makes this a five-star for me is the customer service we received. Priscilla is a gem. She is super friendly, very helpful and extremely sweet. She's a keeper!

Jersey Mike's has some great subs, but my recent experience was a bit frustrating. The wait time was longer than expected, and I felt the prices were on the higher side for what I got. However, I have to give a shoutout to Ian for his excellent customer service. He was friendly and attentive, which definitely helped make the experience a bit better. Overall, I hope they can work on their speed without compromising quality.

If you are in line and a Gluten Free Sandwich is being prepared, just leave, as the time spent to prep, clean, etc. is ridiculous. By the way, meat doesn't have gluten, so why overly clean the meat cutting machine?
