I went to get a sandwich today for the first time. It was so good. Place is a bit small. It would be hard for a wheelchair to get around in there. But what really makes this a five-star for me is the customer service we received. Priscilla is a gem. She is super friendly, very helpful and extremely sweet. She's a keeper!

Jersey Mike's has some great subs, but my recent experience was a bit frustrating. The wait time was longer than expected, and I felt the prices were on the higher side for what I got. However, I have to give a shoutout to Ian for his excellent customer service. He was friendly and attentive, which definitely helped make the experience a bit better. Overall, I hope they can work on their speed without compromising quality.

Every staff member was cheerful and kind to each customer I saw them interact with…above and beyond. What a refreshing experience….keep it up El Centro staff, your lovely disposition toward your customers is noticed and greatly appreciated. (Thank you for honoring my request for an “obscene” amount of vinegar :)
