My wife and I went there with a coupon that came in the mail. Itza was or waitress; she was prompt, attentive, and friendly. It is a good place to take your family with good food, good prices, and good service.

Our food server Maria C. Was awesome great suggestions. Checked on us on a timely mater . Maria was very courteous and upsaled many items. One thing my husband and I have been coming here for over 10 years every other Friday. You need to bring back the beer. Chilli's was packed. Miss bumping in to our friends. They now go to chilli's

Too bad there is no 0 star option. On their online menu, it says the Italian Nachos includes chicken and/or sausage. I placed a pick-up order for it with a combination of both meat options. When I opened the container (for which they charged extra by the way) at home, I saw that there was no meat at all. I called the restaurant to see what happened, and Mariela/Maria (?) told me that the meat was for an extra charge. I don't remember this being a thing in the past and was never told. The menu also said nothing about extra charges either. The person I placed the order with (Vivian G.) just asked me which meat option I wanted so I said both. Both, not neither. Then Mariela/Maria condescendingly asked me if I wanted them to make me a new one.
Can anyone verify if the extra charge for the meat(s) in the Italian Nachos is true as of February 2026? If they lied to me, I was wrongfully charged for my order. And if this is true, they really need to update their online menus on all platforms ASAP to avoid misleading even more customers. In either case, this was an unpleasant experience, and I want my money back.
On a different occasion, their Tiramisu came out like a solid block of ice. Their menu never said it was going to be a hard, frozen mess that I could not even put my spoon through. Dunno why I ordered there today. Probably never going back ever again, and I recommend that you do the same unless you want to be cheated for your hard-earned money too.

Had an amazing experience dining here. The atmosphere was great, and my server, Jessica, did an amazing job taking care of me. The food was delicious, and I would definitely recommend this place.

Really appreciated amayranyg. I was having a medical issue and she was right on it. She brought me a soda to get my sugar up. She checked back on me and made sure I was OK. Along with that she was an awesome waitress
