Really bad service. The seats were dirty. It’s not even really Korean BBQ. The pillars were written with Chinese words. Took forever to get seated while there were many empty seats and took forever for the server to come. They gave us rotten lettuce and meat and didn’t even apologize for it. The lettuce was also too tiny to wrap anything. All the meats were frozen. The beef tough were completely stuck to the plate because it was frozen with the plate. The squid was also unfresh that many parts turned brown. The stove wasn’t hot enough and they didn’t change the grill plates at all so it got all burned and black. They don’t cut the meat for you or cook for you at all. They didn’t give us oil to cook either. They didn’t give us plates to eat with so we had to even ask for it.

It’s all you can eat but you can only order three at a time and it took so long to get the stuff so overall you can’t eat much at all.

Usually love the service and food here. I come down from San Diego to dine here. Came by twice this past weekend — unfortunately, both visits were disappointing.
The first day, service was very slow and not up to the usual standard, but we figured they might have been short-staffed, so we were understanding.
We returned the next day, only to be told there was a two-hour wait. Not because the restaurant was full, but because they were short-staffed and one waitress only wanted to manage the tables they already had. We were also told there was only one cook on shift as if they’re cooking the meals for you?
It’s really hard to support a local business when this is the kind of experience you’re left with. We noticed the owners weren’t there, which they usually are every time we’ve stopped by, which may explain some of the poor decisions being made in their absence.

This place is so good. I love the cilantro ramen spicy with shrimp. This place has two menus, the sushi and the bbq. You cannot sit with your family if you are only eating off of the sushi menu and they are eating off of the bbq menu. I am having to change my review because as I was paying we found out that my children, who are both under 10 years old, were charged as full adults because they were over 45 inches tall. It used to not be like that two months ago. There was a child price of $15.00, now we were charged $30.00 each. They did not eat that much food. That’s ridiculous! We will not be coming back!

The only KBBQ I've ever been to that limits you 1 short rib per person PER VISIT.
You need to wave down your waitress to put in an order every time.

This place sucks. If you wanna eat with youre family and youre vegeterian you are NOT welcome here. They want to charge you for the BBQ price just to sit at the table and they tell you that because you don't eat meat you can just order off the sushi menu. They wanted to charge me double just to sit. What a joke. Save youre money and go somewhere else. Every time I try coming here they always fight me on it, especially the old lady in the front. Youre loosing money by turning away the whole table for not allowing one person to sit and eat sushi.

Update: I ordered the Tofu ramen and it had meat in it!!!! Don't advertise a tofu vegatble soup is youre going to have meat in it !!!!

A fantastic, fun experience for a group. Both for those who have never been to a Korean BBQ restaurant and for those who enjoy it often. It offers three selections of meat packages at ascending price points, starting at about $30 per person-not including drinks but with a couple of specific sides included with each packages. Other sides are add-ons with additional cost.

The atmosphere is boisterous and gives way to relaxation, conversation, and unstoppable eating.

Where to start, the service is terrible. Our server Amanda wouldn’t even bring water refills unless you waived her down and asked for them.
Meanwhile is seen walking around the restaurant at one speed. When I asked her for the sauces she said she was going to bring she got snappy and said “she’s making them “ and pointed to someone scooping sauce into a bowl. This place has no sense of urgency. One of us found a METAL piece of a scrub pad in their food and offered us 2 free sodas like that compensates for possibly ingesting small pieces of metal. This place needs a manager or just someone who actually knows how to run a restaurant.

First time coming here, ordered bento box and some soju. The box is a great deal, you can get all of that food for almost $17. Spicy pork wasn’t that spicy in case you’re wondering. Overall the food tasted good and had flavor 🤌🏻

We had an incredible dining experience at Khan, and Kai was the star of the show! He made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Not only did he grill our meat to perfection—every cut was cooked exactly how we wanted—but he was also super attentive when it came to refills.

Our table never ran out of meat or soda! Kai kept everything flowing smoothly and made sure we always had what we needed without even having to ask. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the whole experience so much better.

If you’re planning to visit, definitely hope you get Kai. His service truly stands out, and we’ll definitely be back for more!

On a full house so it was going to be a while before a table became available. The receptionist gave me the headsup which I didn't mind waiting. What I did mind however, there was another employee (seemed to an owner of manager) who, when tables became available, picked others before me even though I was the first one waiting in the lobby. It was a total of 3 couples picked before me before I decided to voice what was going on.

She explained that she thought I was going to order pick up. If that was the case, she would've known because SHE was dealing with pick ups when I got there (She dealt with 2 people who were both pick up while I was waiting there). Usually experience at Khan's is great but this was just a frustrating experience.
