good intentions but not the best quality I am worried about getting sick meat is touch and very chewy does not fold on finger no bark very dry flavorless ribs did not have any meat mac and cheese tastes like water with cheese

Man whoever doesn't give this place 5 freaking stars is trippin!!! Im from DAYGO(SD) man and I know good BBQ FORSURE! I HAD TO COME DAMN NEAR ALL THE WAY OUT HERE TO EL CENTRO TO COME GET IT MAN. This place blows ANY OTHER bbq spot around here out of the water dude!!! Locally owned and operated. If I lived out here I wouldn't be ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS JOINT. REAL TALK. Come see yourself. BBQ Ribs are very good, not dry and just enough BBQ on them will definitely be back again. Delicious sides, potato salad different from traditional recipe we usually have and that's a good thing ?? sorry didn't take pictures lol

Ribs were not fully cooked (pork) it taste like burned store bought bbq sauce, I don't recommend this place, had TV VIDEOS that were very loud I couldn't talk with my wife

Food was just ok that's it nothing that made you say "WOW". Beef ribs were overly seasoned with pepper and had that thin layer of skin on one side that cooked into a plastic texture that made it hard to chew. Tri-tip really didn't have that meat taste like I've tried on every other tri-tip I've tasted before. Cornbread need something was dry. The mac & cheese needs cheese. The chillibeans were just cooked beans with meat. The food didn't have that smokey taste. I'm not encouraging people not to go and try it out for themselves, it's just I don't think we are going back a second time
