Ordering through the app thinking it would be faster, it won't! I have been in there at my pick up time and have waited for over 20 minutes passed the time selected. People come and go and even orders that come from app. It is very inconsistent and the customer service is almost like they are doing you a favor instead of providing a service. I would buy elsewhere but my kids only like the pizza from there.

Hot and Ready is just false advertising at this store. This is the 5th or 6th time coming in, and they have a 5 to 10 person line waiting for the "Hot n Ready".

Last week order a plain cheese pizza, I had to wait 10 minutes that's ok ......Now when I get home the pizza has no cheese at some slices, some slices you only see bread and tomato sauce my God I am a senior on a budget , can't afford not to get a good decent pizza ,worst pizza in my life never going back there
I hope to have a refund on my last order, I had already sent them a similar complaint before and did not receive a response, this Sunday a worse situation happened, from 4 pm I placed an order to pick up at 4:45 pm I arrived at 4:50 pm and no I saw my name in the portal, I asked and they said it was in the oven, people came to order and in 15 to 20 minutes they had their orders and my pizza that I ordered 45 minutes before was not there, I asked again what was happening, they went to look for my pizza and they gave it to me at 5:20 pm, cold, sweaty, they had it ready for a long time apparently, well it seems they took it out under other orders, they didn't have it well organized, it's no use putting the orders to pick up at a certain time 90% of the time that schedule is not respected, there is a tolerance of 5-10 minutes, but more than 30 minutes and cold, that's not true, I hope you pay attention to training your staff to organize that well, if you do a survey you will see I'm not the only one, many people are upset by this situation.
