The Pepperoni Pizza (8 pieces) I got were good like always; the only thing was that the pizza was so dry and a little bit hard for a bite; I mean, the service was so fast no more than 5 minutes for the pizza, and I understand that they were precooked it and placed in a heater to not be cold for us; but I believe Little Cesar's can do a development for the pizzas to do not be that so dry if using heater.

Horrible attitude, i ordered online at 7:15pm, it said ready in 15minutes to pick up. I get there at 7:47 and my order has not even been imputed as she asks for my name and hands the ticket back to the kitchen and says to wait 20minutes. I understand they are busy but the attitude and the way they managed the situation was horrible! I rather drive to Brawley next time to avoid this.

Ordered my pizza through the app. Waited almost an hour and it was still listed as being in the oven. I called the store to verify and they couldn’t find my pizza. Turns out they hadn’t started making it yet… Unfortunately I have had this issue several times with this location. They either take way too long to make a simple pizza or they forget about it all together. Don’t bother ordering from here unless you want to wait over an hour for a mediocre pizza.

We order online for pick up and the app said to come a half hour later. We came at the designated time however my name was not on the pizza portal. We asked the front desk when the pizzas would be ready (which were 3 classic pepperoni). They told us it was still in the oven. We then waited for 30 MINUTES after the designated time. Then the workers would tell us that our order was next for the pizza portal… 4 orders where then placed in the pizza portal and of them were us. Then after another 10 minutes our order was finally done. After literally an HOUR after we ordered on pick up. We finally got three classic pizzas.

Ordering through the app thinking it would be faster, it won't! I have been in there at my pick up time and have waited for over 20 minutes passed the time selected. People come and go and even orders that come from app. It is very inconsistent and the customer service is almost like they are doing you a favor instead of providing a service. I would buy elsewhere but my kids only like the pizza from there.
