This is my favorite Chinese spot (Mexicali style Chinese) and I absolutely have to stop every time I go through El Centro. My dad used to take us there as kids and it was my first experience into Chinese food, although I found out later in life that it’s completely different that real Chinese food and that I was enjoying Mexicali style. The service here is fantastic! The ladies at the register and the waiters are incredibly friendly — they make you feel like part of the family. And of course, the food is always delicious! I’ve been coming here for years, and the quality has never changed. My go-to dishes are the orange chicken and fried rice.😋
I had the combination dinner, which was delicious, and the walnut shrimp was great too. I also ordered a side of chow mein, which was pretty flavorless, but overall the food was excellent.
