This was absolutely the worst Panera bread services I've ever received. Took my family for dinner. Lady at the counter messed up three of the five orders. They were out of bread. That's right, a bread place was out of bread. Finally, my young kids wanted chocolate chip cookies that were on display. They REFUSED to serve us cookies because "those are for tomorrow." Why have cookies on display if you don't want to accommodate customers? The manager made us wait for 10 min or more to tell us that he will loose his count!! We are talking about young kids listening to bed service! No mercy for young kids. Just make them cry and be upset and ruin the last day of their vacation. We had to walk away disappointed. The WORST EVER

Their food tasted good, probably we would of liked it better if we hot what we had ordered. We got it to go and when we opened our sandwiches, one was completely not the one we ordered. The other sandwhich said it came with avocado, but there was not even a hint of avocado on it.But as far as taste goes, great bread and really good flavor.
This is the prettiest Panera I have been to. They have a self order kiosk when you walk in so you can place your own order and pay for it without going to the counter. Very spacious, staff was friendly and overall a very nice place. Food came out in a timely manner and was delicious. I will be returning to this location
Clean, fast, friendly service. They loaded our sandwiches. First place we stopped to eat in Cali on our road trip from Florida and they definitely didn't disappoint. Thank you!
