I went to Papa Johns Pizza to order for take-out. It was nice. I enjoyed the fresh made pizza and the short wait was worth it.

The girl who helped me was very polite, I hadn't eaten a pizza from Papa John's in years and I honestly don't know why I hadn't ordered from them but the pizza has no flavor, the only thing that saves it is the garlic sauce. They'll survive without me and I'm sure others will disagree with my opinion.

In 2023 Ive unfortunately had a number of terrible customer service experienced at other restaurants but it is a relief that every time we have ordered here everything was just fine. We have ordered here a few times over the past 3 months and each experience was to be expected. From online ordering to picking up in the store the process was seamless. We were greeted each time we entered the shop and our pizzas were hot and ready. Also, I did take notice to the cooking/ prep area each time I visited and it seemed to be very well organized and clean.

The incompetence and lack of customer service of this place is mind blowing! How they even rate 3 stars is beyond me. Lately the trend is leaving the pizza outside my door, taking a pic and walking away. Never knocking or ringing the doorbell and the pizza being cold when I finally go look for it. More times than not, the toppings arent even correct. Dont bother calling to let them know about it either. The managers dont care at all.

*** EPIC FAIL ***With my 6 decades on earth, I have never seen this amount of disdain for "The customer experience." I ordered a pizza online. So far so good... Then I get a text from a door dash driver that they didn't know the space# and left the pizza at the office. I was what? Texted back that I was handicapped and couldn't get it and to cancel. They said they would come back and deliver. I said ok. BUT, I then realized that the office e is closed and unmanned, therefore my pizza is on the ground , not watched for 15-20 minutes. I texted again and said just cancel, the driver said I am here, I said NO take it back. When I woke up, the pizza was on the back porch (not where deliveries go) During this I tried calling the store 3 times on hold 15 minute a pop, no answer... I kept screenshots of text and pics of pizza on porch and let my bank take care of it... I'd haven give this experience a Zero if I could. Worst delivery of a pizza in my 62 years on earth.

Whatever they did before was great. Will update next visit.Atmosphere marked lower purely because there's a few benches to sit on, it doesn't really have an area to experience atmosphere. It's take out onlyVegetarian options: Normal vegetarian options for a pizza place. Not sure about vegan options, you'd have to ask the staff.Parking: Parking a bit tight, as it is shared with other businesses. Approximately 8 open spots on average.

Traveling and being too tired and just wanted to get to my mom's I found that pizza was a good choice for everyone. Who don't like pizza right. Well thank God for the special was able to take plenty. Plus they were fast.

Ordered a large pizza with bacon. Had no bacon on it. Cost me $30. As a Veteran my one good meal I get a month was awful. They replaced it but the cost and the disappointment made me so sad I lost my appetite completely. Been ordering from Papa John.s for twenty years and this was my first disappointment but it was a big one

We wont be ordering from here anymore. No notification, no one rang the doorbell, no knock on the door (we were sitting in the living room watching tv and waiting for our food that was already an hour and 15 mins late) I called the restaurant apparenrly it had just been delivered 10 mins ago, that our pizza was delivered, they left my family's food...ON THE FLOOR in front of my door. Nope, bye!Not to long after, we had received a coupon for a free pizza. We really do appreciate the gesture. Just hope it doesn't happen again to us or anyone else.Thank You.
