The downside: there have been too many occasions when I arrived to pick up, and was told that their EBT machine was not working, leaving me unable to pay for my order.

You know what's worse than bad service, having the team leader tell you that the order you placed is a double order when it's clearly NOT. I placed two online orders, of course they weren't ready as promised. I also wanted to check the sauce on the wings. It was a combination of different wings. In the past when I've gotten a delivery wings are usually dry. So today I decided to pick the order up and let them know. Wings came out great. However this is a promotion that comes with fries, DOUBLE FRIES. I check the fries to make sure everything was ok. The box was half full. The team leader or manager Diane/Diana, (the one with the hickey on her neck, tacky)anywho...said that's a double order. Nope I don't think so. So I took pictures. She then asks me if it's a door dash order. I mean what difference does that make..? Do they rip off door dash customers with the amount of fries given 🥴 anyway. I placed both order of fries together. That'a a double order. Second picture. Please check your food.

Stopped in today for a takeout order. I had a pizza a few nights before and never left a review. The pizza is fantastic. I took this one to go. The place had the old school charm with some old pictures on the wall. The boneless wings were also great! Nice to have this by my hotel.
It was very quiet and slow at the time that we went. The staff seemed mellow and ran through the motions just fine. Communication was straight to the point on both ends. The quality of the food was absolutely more than worth the dollar. The place seemed clean wherever we waited. The families that were eating were content quiet and smiling in their own service. Overall a smooth sailing.
