Food was ok but the server looked just mad and not wanting to be there. I understand we have jobs to survive and life is exhausting but if you work in customer service we at least have to put up a face to get good enough tips. I worked in restaurants most of my teenage years and yes, I hated it but never got a complain because I faked it until I made it!

Awesome food never disappointed with Sizzler's. It's been over 25 years since I've eaten at a Sizzler's. Service though was not good we had to get our own plates serval times. They refilled the soft drinks to only half way. Never came back to ask if we needed anything else. The manager was sitting in the booth next to us and he never said anything to his employers.

Always the best tender steaks... but the salad bar is falling short. Empty bins, cold soups and sparse dessert offerings made our visit regretful. Offering a worthless coupon that inticed us to visit only made our visit more disturbing. Certainly not what I expected. Good Luck 🌄

Our server was great, very attentive at keeping our drinks filled and extra plates provided for the salad bar, though it was packed out in his area!! One table alone had at least 12-15 ladies, and he STILL came and checked up on us. The salad bar food, vegetables and fruit were pretty fresh, no frost bitten items. And the desserts looked so scrumptious 🤤, but I behaved myself and stuck to my low carb foods! 🫤🤣 So, if you're ever in the neighborhood in El Centro, California, drop on by and see for yourself, you'll be glad you did!! And you'll definitely get your money's worth!! 👍🏼😉👍🏼

My mother who's 89 yrs and I went for dinner to sizzler , after a busy day, we went to eat dinner, but to my surprised, we were treated so bad by this waitress who didn't and never brought us any plates and was very rude to my elderly mom and to me, she was good to certain people but to us she refused to serve us completely, the one who cleans the table was the one who served us and was polite , I guess she has her favorites and doesn't like to serve the elderly, maybe if she doesn't like to work with elderly she should look for another type of work and needs to stop being so rude! After talking to the manager he was just as rude as his waitress! This Sizzler needs some etiquette in dealing with people and more efficient in customer service , the food buffet needs to be more clean and the spoons to be constantly clean which are not! I will not be going anymore to this disgusting place that treated my mother so rudely!

My mother and my disabled grandmother went to have dinner there at around 4. Their waitress a heavy set hispanic woman totally ignore them and was rude. She refused to do her job. There was a nice gentleman that did her job and gave my mother clean plates. It is a shame you have people like that woman working at your restaurant.
