Was charged wrong amount, didn't get exactly what we ordered and it looks like they are going out of business or something. Also was told they were no longer gonna honor the VIP card and when I asked why?the lady said she didn't know.

I really don't know what to even write about this place. Every time I go to the place the slush machine is broken and out of order. I checked back on another day and the business on Google said it was temporarily closed. I drove past it to another business and it was open and not closed. I have honestly given up trying to go to this location as other places in town are open and serving.

Oder through app at 1 and pick up at 2:30 and got there 10mins or less login and picked a number and I did said it was error and I walk ed to the dine in it was closed and a employee said they didn't get a order and at this time it was 2:33 ,app needs to be fixed and the red button needs to be fix as well

Ok so I'll only purchased 3 blasts but sadly the order taker got my order all messed up. I needed 2 Reese's blasts and 1 Oreo blast. What they started to give me was 2 Reese's blasts with Oreos added. I told them no, I need 2 Reese's blasts and 1 Oreo blast. They messed up again, but they finally got it right but then had to refund my payment for the wrong order and charge me again. Ugh

What i love about sonic is 3 things First the value of the food matches the prices. Second the team that serves you is outstanding, i really wish we could tip these people they definitely deserve it 100000000000%. Third the food is always hot and amazingly fresh now I'm going to say this isn't a paid review this is my honest opinion so thank you El Centro sonic I'll definitely be coming back soon

The driver thru is my favorite option they just bring your order to your car and you can add any last minute things at the parked monitor, the oreo with the ches cake shake I enjoyed with some hot jalapeno papers ,

The most disgusting and unsanitary eating establishment I have ever come across. The whole place is filthy, not to mention the pigeon infestation and even on the inside. The Imperial County and OSHA need to be proactive and pay this Sonic a visit before employees and customers are injured.

This location is awful, needs lots of upgrades and paint, trash needs to be taken out and the service really stinks. I have been to multiple Sonic locations and this one by far is Thee Worst. The girl took our order and when I got to the window she asked me what I had ordered again because she said she couldn't hear me. Once we got our order the ft long coney dogs we're cold with chili cheese only in the center, no lemonade so we had to order something else and the onion rings were drenched in grease..... Shame on you Management
