Good sweet tea. Usually out of most donuts when we go ? last time we ordered glazed and sugar donuts and got a lot of coconut ones...not bad, they were good but not what we ordered ?

I saw this video on their facebook page early in the day about their new milk tea and while I was laying in bed that night I just decided to go get it because I kept thinking about it. I met a worker named Ezekiel I believe, and he was a super cool guy with great customer service. He proceeded to making me what he claimed was what a real milk tea should be like and he did not disappoint at all. Along with the taste, the presentation was really unique. Unfortunately, I didn't snap a picture to be able to show you all. Instead, I posted a video for all my friends to see and know about. Will definitely be making frequent trips for some milk tea. Keep up the great work with the service as well as the products.

We all know that Sprinkles donuts are amazing and always delicious! They are always so cute and make a wonderful treat for kids and adults. But I just want to share a customer service experience. Today I stopped by to get my daughters usual fix of Sprinkles and was helped by a lovely lady, Jaz. She was such a breath of fresh air!!! It isn’t often that you get service with someone who is as personable as she was. She was kind, sweet, and funny. The world needs more people like Jaz in it to brighten people’s day as she did mine

Went for carne asada fries and was told they didn't have anything of that . So I got buffalo fries and was not worth the $14 .. I asked the guy what size did he charge me for and he said there's only one size . Online is $10.99 but was charged $14.
