Rude rude And discriminatory!! After waiting almost 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru line when it was my turn the girl walking through the drive-thru taking the orders saw me and turned right around and went inside and then I got up to the window a rude employee asked me. Did someone take my order? I responded no. He then proceeded to give me an attitude and tell me to order it through the lady outside in a very derogatory tone!!! Black people not welcome. Such a shame. You never see this kind of thing at Starbucks

I asked for server to go lite with the milk in my iced venti latte and what I got was milk with a little coffee. I had to throw it away. What a flippin' waste of over 7 dlls!

WORST STARBUCKS IN THE VALLEY. Ordered 15 minutes ahead and when I arrived 2 cars outside and 2 in the drive thru. Walked in and asked for my drinks and got told “ok we’ll get started” THEN WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING ALL THIS TIME?!?!? This isn’t the first time they’ve done this either. Worst staff at this location. Do no recommend this location. Huge waste of time.

I like that whenever I go to one of their franchises, the person who serves me is friendly and attentive above all, their drinks are very good according to what each client requests, of course, I like that they have a varied menu and when I have requested an extra they even They have given me suggestions. Keep up the good work, you do it very well.
