I like that whenever I go to one of their franchises, the person who serves me is friendly and attentive above all, their drinks are very good according to what each client requests, of course, I like that they have a varied menu and when I have requested an extra they even They have given me suggestions. I love starbucks, but the atmosphere depends who is working. This particular location has some employees that are great!! But again, when those employees are not working, customer service is not the best.

I order here often cause the drinks are fast and it’s convenient for me, but everytime I order food through mobile order they don’t put my food in the oven until I arrive and that seems so pointless. I end up having to wait in the lobby for 5-10 minutes when the whole point on me mobile ordering was so I can avoid the wait. This is very frustrating.

I had the worst customer service when I picked up my mobile order. No one greeted me, and the only acknowledgement I received was when the drive thru person called out my name for one of my drinks. The barista making the drinks did not even bother to give me eye contact when she put the last drink down at the pick up area. It will be nice to go to a place and have the associates look at you and smile.
