This is my favorite location. Staff always greets you and their batista skills are on point. The general environment is nice and relaxed. I went with a small group of friends, and we had a very good time. The place is clean and has plenty of space for large groups or to sit by yourself. Big windows let a lot of natural light in, making the environment even more relaxing. This place is how I imagined Starbucks should be. Keep up the good work.

This Starbucks at the corner of northbound Imperial & Bradshaw in Imperial Valley is by far the cleanest coffee shop I have ever visited! The moment you walk in, you notice the mysterious yet welcoming ambiance, a perfect place t relax with your favorite drink. The staff is always friendly and attentive, making every all my visits enjoyable . What set this store apart, is how immaculately maintained the entire property is.The outdoor eating areas, walkways, and even the dumpster enclosure are always clean, meaning not insects to contend with while eating outside. You can tell they take cleanliness seriously-- thanks to the professional work of Pane & Panels Pro Cleaning LLC, everything is regularly disinfected and feels fresh. I your want a Starbucks that not only serves great coffee but also provides a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment, this is the spot.

I ordered from the app, I arrived at the store, waited for 10 minutes, finally got my coffee it was just milk, went back and waited another 10 minutes, I finally left without my coffee, it was Saturday August 2, 6:30 a.m.

I have been to many Starbucks but the staff at this Starbucks were exceptional and truly made my business feel valued. Specifically one Manager Evelyn Rubio was so friendly and so amazing. With leadership like Evelyn I can see why the staff as a whole are so amazing. Thank you for making my day.

The baristas here are horrible and they wonder why their sales have declined go to duch brothers or Starbucks by home Depot off 4th St the staff there treats you with common courtesy and respect.
Hey JT you as a supervisor or lead are horrible, you need to learn how to RESPECT AND TREAT CONSUMERS WITH SOME RESPECT

I usually don’t write reviews but this time Bobby the guy who served my drinks (drive through) deserves 0 ZERO starts. He was very rude and his attitude was unacceptable. I hope he gets disciplined or fired. This kind of person makes an unhealthy environment.

Cashier represents bad service, immediately begins to argue after told she inputted a wrong order instead of admitting her mistake. Waited 15 mins for two drinks and only one showed up. Then proceeded to tell me id have to wait another 15 mins for one single drink I had already ordered.

horrible management. First of all , the manager is super rude . I had this worker charge me triple times 6 dollars for a 3 dollar drink, which its okay, i know mistakes happen, i obviously decided to let the manager know in a respectful way. She had a lot of attitude by the start, didnt apologize or at least have made up the inconvenience, she still charged my 2nd drink 7 dollars after. I was nothing but nice to her so coming from the manager is unbelievable. No wonder everytime i go, some of the workers look upset everytime.
