Every time I come here I order online. They are never done with my order by the time it tells you on the website. I understand sometimes it gets busy but there are times there’s no one in the store and they are barely working on my order. Sometimes I order all the way in Calexico and when I get here is still not done then I have to wait 15-30 more minutes. Today my order said pick up at 2 and it’s past 20 minutes, employee has not started my order.
Update: 40 minutes still no order started
Second update 50 minutes waiting for the guy to refund because this is outrageous. He started the order and I felt bad for the guy, why leave an employee by themselves!! Waited a whole hour to get an online order!!! Love subway but will not come back to this location, not the first time I have to wait 30+ minutes

Sent my husband with my order to subway. I requested a Turkey & provolone, I got rotisserie chicken in chunks no cheese, maybe 8 pieces of lettuce, no Mayo with minimal mustard and finished with them toasting it.
I honestly think they gave me somebody else’s order. I pulled out the tomatoes, pickles and olives and the rest is junked. Really sad subway!! I’ve been going to Jersey Mikes- guess this is my last Subway sub as I won’t go back again. Really disappointed!!

I guess subs are only good when you purchase them in person.... Ordered subs online and they where fking terrible, barely any meat, wrong condiments, overpriced, just bad!! Get your subs somewhere else!!

This store has atrocious customer service. I placed an order online for delivery through Subway’s website. I am currently in a cast, and cannot drive. I not receive my full order when it was delivered. I called the store and spoke to Jackie. She said she’d spoken to the owner and I had to come in to get my refund or the missing items. I explained, again, that I cannot drive. She didn’t seem to care or maybe she’s that incompetent, but she responded with “well you have to come in.” She’s rude and unhelpful. How can I not get a refund on items I did not receive? That’s an awful policy, and it is theft.

I went and ordered my sandwich, and I specifically asked for mayonnaise and mustard packets. This is the third time that I have been into the same place to order my sandwich , which is the exact same way mayonnaise and mustard packets on the side. This is the third time that that same little girl has not given me mayonnaise and mustard packets. I’m not realizing it till I get to work.Subway please re-train your employees to follow through with the order as the customer would like, it is very frustrating to eat a sandwich that is not complete.The lady who check me out, did the an amazing job. The younger one needs to be retrained, and maybe have a smile on her face.

I went to that subway at 9:30 pm and they closed their doors 30 minutes early . The workers were still inside, I knocked on the glass door several times and they ignored me.
