I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this Subway was just unacceptable. The woman making my sandwich had a terrible attitude from the moment I walked in—rushing me, barely speaking, and acting like I was bothering her. I clearly told her not to add certain ingredients, but she went ahead and put them on anyway. When I politely corrected her, she got annoyed and didn’t even try to fix it properly. It felt like she was doing it on purpose.

If you’re going to work in customer service, basic respect shouldn’t be too much to ask. Won’t be coming back to this location again.

Usually very busy since it's directly next to the SSA building. But for the most part, workers are very fast and accommodating. Sometimes drive through gets backed up but again, I believe it's mostly because the SSA building right next to it is ALWAYS packed and everyone goes there to get a sub. But it's very clean and workers are very nice.

In specific there is a crew that gives an outstanding customer service.
Today the atmosphere was different, said Hi when walked in and they absolutely ignored me, had to say hi again and louder to be helped. Veronica is the only name tag I saw.
Is sad how there is people that would kill for a job and then there is people with the job and awful ungrateful attitude.

Just another franchisee not caring about reputation. We spent over 50 bucks here just for missing toppings and a sloppy job bagging the items. Than was told that we can’t get a refund since we were past the 24hr period… but get this. we called the same day and the employees claim they can’t process a refund— and then blamed everything on door dash. this place gets a D only becus the place was clean other than that, F

10 times out of 10 they always manage to mess up my order. Everytime I order online through the subway app they mess it up and this time was no different. My co workers and I ordered through the app a total of 4 sandwiches and managed to mess up every single order, missing ingredients, not enough sauce, paying for extra protien and then getting 99% veggies and 1% protien. Overall this subway is utterly incompetent at fulfilling online orders. Going in person is better than ordering online. And forgot to put my cookie in the bag.

Walked into the place with no one else in there. All three employees were in the back not paying attention. While standing at the counter for 10 minutes, one employee walked directly in front of me and didn't even attempt to look at me and returned to the back. Just wasn't aware they weren't interested in paying customers today....

Had to wait on employees to finish their personal conversation. Had 2 homeless people in there talking super loud. One had dog. I have no problem with animals but I do inside a restaurant.

if you love getting your order wrong, I suggest going to this specific location. I lOVE getting my order wrong, man. The best part is, even if you're m3nt4lly r3t4rded, you can still work here. I was asked, fresh or toasted, and I said fresh. It is hot af outside afterall; Unfortunately, I was given the hottest sandwich ever. I guess the two words sound alike.

Went to Subway for lunch,ordered on the app. Got home and our order was not what I had ordered. Went back 2hrs later after eating both sandwiches and spoke with the manager. She refunded my money. I'm happy now and will be back but maybe I'll go inside and place my order. Thank you Subway for doing the right thing.

The place was clean and welcoming. The Mexicali sandwich was good!Shout-out to Alberto for fantastic service. I showed up with 2 hungry kids and he was very patient and accommodating.
