Walked in to use restroom and get some food on road trip. No customers inside no one in drive through. Bathrooms locked and require a code. Employees were in the back chit chatting. They looked at me and kept talking expecting me to do their job for them and type in my order on their kiosk and figure out bathroom code myself. Walked out and went to in and out across street. Clean open bathrooms and tons of employees eager to help

I order takeout from this location, 3 crunchy tacos, extra beef, no lettuce. I returned to my car to discover lettuce in my tacos. I was a little irritated and walked back to the restaurant. I was sure I hit the no lettuce button on the self checkout tablet, however the woman working behind the counter showed me that I had in fact not hit the no lettuce option. I was fully prepared to buy 3 more tacos, when the owner step in and offered to remake my tacos without lettuce. He was very gracious and professional. I feel bad that my mistake cost them, but I truly appreciate the great service. I will be sure to return to this location on my frequent road trips through Southern California.

Drive thru order. Food was okay but I ordered a strawberry limeade drink and was given like 3/4 of a drink and I never received the Happy Hour discount. Also it looks like they are in a hurry to get you out of there.

Made a mistake ordering. I live in El Centro, work in Calexico, but I accidentally ordered my lunch to El Centro location. Thankfully I was able to call and explain the situation with a family member being able to pick it up. Appreciate the accommodation! Food tastes good of course.

Third time I've come in and they've told me I have to use the kiosk even when they're free I don't want to use that and pay cash. I've seen them service/ take care of others without being so rude that "you can use the kiosk" I'd like you to take my order. "You can use the kiosk"

What is the problem with taco bell and their iced coffee? It's like McDonald's and their smoothie machine. At least 50% of the time Taco Bell's iced coffee is not available??? I don't understand?
