The room is clean, linens are clean, the AC is cold and so is the fridge. The staff has been super friendly and polite. I would recommend this over most hotels in the El Centro area.

The room was the most disgusting room I’ve ever seen at a motel. Opened #263 and first noticed the stench (stale, smoke, moisture/mold, who knows what else). Cigarette burns & stains on the old carpet, torn furniture, baseboards were missing, and only a single sheet on the bed (no comforter?). I texted my wife and she warned me of bedbugs. I peeled back the sheet and saw the disgusting sweat stains on the old mattress had soaked through the entire mattress. Took pics, went back to the front desk, and told him there was no way I would ever stay in that motel. He said he totally understood, and suggested I tell his manager. Called “Jocelyn” the next day who said the manager was out for a couple of hours but he would call me when he returned. Never received a call. Why can’t I give zero stars?

Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Office people were awesome. Housekeeping staff was awesome as well.

Every September 1 family and friends go down to the valley and go dove hunting it is a tradition that we have done for over 40 years and my family has done that for many many years we intend to keep doing it for another 40 or 50 there is about 100 of us that go down there so in saying this make a few changes and we will come to your hotel every year

Booked a room here with my program on Sunday tried to extend till Friday , was told I would have to move rooms on Tuesday as my room was already booked , no problem ! Come in Tuesday the girl that was suppose to arrangement did nothing so now there's no rooms available , no manager on the premises to solve the problem can't call here for some reason ? At the bank where she is suppose to be . Very bad management four other persons in my group having same issues ! Floors are dirty took a shower walk on white towel and turned black , windows dirty in room , toilet seat lose , lock up ice machines at 9 pm for some reason along with washer and dryer no key card access , no BREAKFEAST in mornings , desk people are ditsy can't solve any problems without management , but they are not there and they can not call them ? BAD BUSINESS

Cigarette burns in the curtains. Black stains in the couch. Funky smell in room. Nothing has been shampooed clearly. Counters were not disinfected or wiped. I called & they said they had alcohol wipes but nothing else for that. Definitley covid is not taken seriously here.. Door was open as I came to room. Staff was nice & that's the only reason for a 1 star. I did take pictures of everything. This place is gross but I'm here for 2 nights so I'll use it as for a bed & pray there is no bed bugs.

The guy at the desk was nice but the rooms were bad. My sister and ours both and dead cockroaches under the bed alot and had mold in ours. Something on the bed bit my nephew.Thank you for your response but I know what beetles are. Yes there were beetles but there were other things (cockroaches, and bedbugs or something) as well. Look under the bed and you will see what we saw.

For the price it was ok. The room was clean, the linens were clean, but after I was already in bed I felt something crawling on me. I turned on the light and I saw one bed bug. I had never had that happen to me before so after that I felt itchy all over and couldn't sleep. I wish the carpet looked a little cleaner....it was vacuumed but it looks like it needs shampooing. The bathroom was very clean. Like I said for the price it wasn't bad.

Not a bad place..Definitely old and lots of loud work crews stay it this hotel.The cats in the second floor smoking gallery was odd.Otherwise seemed relatively safe and the bed was comfortable.

Big rooms. No microwave but slot of the rooms have a stove of sorts in the room. Pretty neat and there's a liquer store across the street.
