Honestly one of the worst places to go id recommend just going to the store and pick yourself a ramen pack and make it at home. Drink were mostly ice and weren’t great. Save your money and dont go.

The atmosphere is great, I felt like I was in Korea the way the place it set up. My issue is the service and the food. They took a longgg time with my milk tea, and the boba pearls ended up being rock hard and the taste was just not it. I used to work at The Boba Tea Shop by the pavilion, and the drinks were super high quality. Also, the Korean corndogs did not taste anything like the OG ones at all. It tasted like a warmed up a frozen hotdog from Walmart. However, it's only worth it if you go for the snacks and make your own ramen. Also, they didn't let me take a ramen paper bowl just because I wasn't going to eat it there....

I came to Unni in El Centro 3 times this week due to watching the TikTok and it is a really nice aesthetic but while I was there I saw something that really bothered me. one of the owners who was an older Korean lady was yelling at new trainees, which felt very unfair, especially since they're still learning one of the girls I saw looked very scared and stressed. Everyone deserves patience and respect when they're new on the job. It honestly ruined the experience for me, because instead of enjoying my visit, I was left uncomfortable watching how the staff was treated, it left a bad impression of he business overall...Looking through other reviews, I can see I'm not the only one who's noticed this problem, this is not a one time issue and if it continues it could end up being reported to the labor commissioners. Owners, please understand that your staff represent your store treating new employees with patience and respect will not only help them do better, but it will also make customers like me want to keep coming back so please change how you treat your employees, because the community is paying attention.👎🏻

I have been coming to unni since this place blew up on tiktok the energy and vibe used to be so chill before, but recently 😕 I have been seeing a change in attitude, I’ve noticed a lot when it comes to how management treat their employees, I know it’s their “job” but I see how I believe one of the owners which is an older woman yell at some new trainees in which I’ve asked multiple people by the register on how long they’ve worked at unni and I have received answers as much as days or weeks, 😢and I don’t think it’s right for management to treat their employees like that especially the ones who are barely starting since it’s new, most of the time when I’m with my family I see familiar faces of the people making the drinks and I can see it on their faces they are confused and are trying their best but yelling isn’t the way😔... I understand stress comes with running a small business with it becoming big but it doesn’t mean you can treat your employees bad? The food is great but I feel bad for the employees and I hope the employees stay hydrated during the job and are mentally well, you all are doing your best and that’s all that matters. I wouldn’t want to be yelled like that infront of customers and my coworkers… I feel like it should be reported..

everything is good and all but the food here is way to over priced i could've have went to the store and got the same thing for way cheaper
I asked for a drink and when i got it was in a different cup that it showed on the menu and also when they gave me my drink half of it was ice over all first and last time coming here

You will be spending at least $20 on your meal. But that’s okay. You are supporting a small business. Their Hot Cheeto Mozzarella dog is amazing. They have a variety of items. Go support!! Order ahead of time. Super convenient

I've gone so many times now and I have always have the best experience there. The staff is truly incredible for the amount of people. yes, we've had to wait but the drinks and food amazing. My Aunt who had question The cashier took the time to explain and I appreciate her patience.
