I was in El Centro for work and stopped here after seeing the reviews, and it did not disappoint! I had the half and half, with a pesto chicken panini and a Caesar salad, and both were absolutely delicious (and HUGE). And the young women working were all awesome: sweet, professional, and welcoming. I hope my work brings me back here so I can come again. What a sweet little spot!

Got their valley club and macaroni salad. The sandwich was fine but for $13 to get one slice of bacon that was cut in half is egregious. The Mac salad was good but I’d switch the olives out for shredded carrots.

We were warmly greeted when we arrived.on our trip from San Diego to Phoenix. Close to the freeway so it is a perfect place to take a break. Great menu of salads, wraps, sandwiches and smoothies. The portions are huge! A half is more than generous. Everything tastes fresh. I wish we had a Valley Vida in Phoenix. But lucky for the residents of El Centro, they can come here anytime.

My coworker at Mattress Firm tried it for the first time today, I always talk about this place, and she said ‘they got themselves another customer for life ‘ and she’s picky and a healthy food eater. I met the manager and am very impressed with his outlook and attitude. He genuinely loves what he does and it shows on the menu. I had half a Valley Club and my wife had half a pastrami sandwich which she couldn’t finish because it had such generous portions of meat and cheese. I would definitely drive a ways for a good meal like this.

Found this place looking for wraps. Service was great I ordered a chicken Cesar wrap as well as a green power fresh juice both were delicious. The vibe is nice good music multiple seating. Would definitely come here again & will be recommending.

Delicious, fresh, & healthy food in an unassuming little strip mall in the desert! I loved the “turkey cran” sandwich on a croissant and the Pina Colada smoothie. If I’m ever in El Centro again, I will definitely return to Valley Vida!
