i have been here a couple of times and the sushi rolls and appetizers are always so good ! Today my fiance and i decided to go for some RAMEN since its chilly and gloomy in the valley and let me tell you !! IT WAS DELICIOUS i super recommend! service was great as well !

Volcano has always been my go to sushi spot. You hear from other places being great but this is my comfort spot. I dont have it as often since I moved further away from the area of it but I remember this restaurant would keep me company and well-fed in my college years. The food is delicious, you can taste the quality and the care the cooks have. The service as always is amazing and incomparable to other places. I come here all the time to celebrate something like i did for my finals, college graduation, mothers day, and my best friends birthdays plus mine. I wish the success of the restaurant and that it gets more customers!!

Sushi was good the first time when only the cook was there on Saturday evening but we came back Monday and completely different. Waitress had no clue what we were asking for. California crunch roll deep fried…. Not that hard. They have no care if your order is right or to make it right. Place is completely empty during the day and I can see why. Prices are high and service is complete crap. Don’t go here if you want a good sushi experience.

Rolls I've tried are good, but other food is kind of gross looking. Not horrible tasting tho. I usually order online and today they decided to cancel my order with out notice. I drove 25 min to get the food for no food to be ready, they also told my they were not taking orders so I couldn't order there either. They ask for email and phone number when ordering online. Waited 50 minutes, drove 19 miles, and im hungry. Took all of me to just walk out haha. Horrible service so beware of ordering online, definitely pay there because they did take my $50, im supposed to get them back eventually....
Update, it's been almost a week and I haven't gotten my money back.

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences from this place, I’ve been LUCKY to try their food, and yes I can agree that the sushi is delicious which left me craving for more. But it’s like they don’t want customers, being refused service because of so many excuses, “no waiters”, “only take out” we close the kitchen 1 hour before closing”. You’re a restaurant, if you want to make money, fix your schedule, as I’m not a genie who will know this before arriving in the hopes of eating a delicious dinner.

Way too expensive for chicken teriyaki which was more like Pollo a la plancha. The sushi could have been better. I could only taste the rice, very disappointing.
