It is always a pleasure to visit this branch. The employees are very friendly and very patient. I have seen very rude customers and they never lose their composure or change their kindness.And his smile never disappears. The only time we were not treated well at all. Placed an order through the Wendy’s app, received confirmation of order and amount was deducted from account but when I went to pick up my order I get told they don’t have anything for me. Even after showing them the confirmation email, my name on the confirmation, and that the amount had already been withdrawn they told me there was no order placed. They just told me to order again or call customer service. ??
