What a wonderful pub. Their food was spot on for what you would hope to get. The seasoning was on point, maybe a little too much salt on the onion rings but its bar food, it's supposed to make you want to drink more beer. Their fish tacos as very tasty as well. Their fries are definitely good and a great partner of a nice cold brew.

My father in law made reservations here for St. Patrick's day for our family weeks in advance and just 1 week prior to St. Patrick's day they called him to cancel the reservation. This is very bad service and we will never come here based on this experience.

We had the pleasure of visiting 36 Handles in El Dorado Hills on St. Patrick's Day, and despite the bustling crowd and live band, the staff handled everything with remarkable efficiency. Despite the lack of reservations and our large party of 10, they managed to find us a table without much delay. The wait staff deserves special recognition for their exceptional service, as they worked tirelessly to ensure everyone was seated as quickly as possible. The use of disposable silverware and plates didn't detract from the experience. Now, onto the food - it was delicious! The corned beef and cabbage were cooked to perfection, and the shepherd's pie was a personal favorite. The menu offered a variety of Irish drinks, which added to the festive atmosphere and made the evening all the more enjoyable. Overall, 36 Handles provided a fantastic St. Patrick's Day experience, with great food, excellent service, and a lively atmosphere. I look forward to returning for more memorable occasions in the future.

Our luncheon group of 34 ovewhelmed the small staff (2servers) they had working, but they plugged along and got everyone fed. The value of the lunch pick 2 for $15 was very good. Half of several sandwiches plus fries or (soup +$1) or such. Beef Barley was great. Delicious $18 Cottage pie. Saw the Ruben which I have had before and enjoyed. Spouse like her Caprese sandwich . Have been there under less taxing situation and have had fine service. Their bacon wrapped meatloaf has been a go to item, tho a bit more pricy. Will definately go back. Live music Saturday, tacos special Tuedsay and other things. Huge St Pat's party weekend of 16 and 17th will partially close a portion of the parking lot to accomodate the crowd!!

Food was meh. Service was passable. Confused place, though.. Has Irish pub furniture, strange giant wall paintings that dont appear to have any connection to a theme, and just as confused of a menu. Seems to have lost it's identity. Sadly, probably won't go back. We came for the former 36 handles but apart from the name, not sure anymore what this place is.

Just had lunch there. Food was so so. The Mac n cheese was decent. Service is not great. The girl took forever to come to our table and the surrounding tables. Never checked back when we got our food as we wanted more drinks. We had to go to the bar to pay our bill. Not the best experience. Prob won't go back.
