Great sandwiches but my second poor experience in a row. I hate to leave negative reviews for small businesses but this one got me hot.First poor experience, I arrived one hour prior to close (while storming outside with my family) and the young man working at the counter made an excuse as to why they were closing early. Something about the meat cutter not working or another issue that was equally ridiculous. I could see the kids wiping down the work area getting ready to close, early.Second poor experience, I asked for a High Tide size large. The young woman stated they can make it a large even though regular was the largest size for the High Tide on the menu. I was stoked because I was hungry and was looking forward to a big sammich.When I got home, I discovered the same amount of meat was on my sandwich as my fiance's regular High Tide sandwich, on a different type of bread. She got "garlic" which wasn't even garlic, and mine was made with a basic white loaf. Literally paid more for the same thing, felt like I got burned.I'm sorry but I am done with this Beach Hut Deli. The owner needs to train his/her employees better. I would rather go to Nugget or Sourdough in El Dorado Hills.Hope you guys reading this have better luck.Photo is a reference for a basic sandwich by son got, which is the only one they didn't screw up or skimp on meat.

Service was horrible here , 2 young lady's were not sanitized , asking each other is this done n saying it's cheese it ok when it was not on break was wetter then a wet burrito from a Mexican spot crazy waste of money for a sagi sandwich worst cypress sandwich ever .!!!!!

We go to Beach Hut Deli often for lunch and a beer. Food is great! But this last visit I had to comment on. Ordered a liter of Lagunitas and it came to $17.50. So I think, prices must have gone up. After paying I ask how much a pint would have cost... would have been $8. I paid a $1.50 for a big glass. Not worth complaining to the kids working there so hopefully the owner sees this and fixes the pricing or at least have a price list available for how much the beers cost.

I love Beach hut Deli in Tahoe so tried EDH today but very disappointed. I Ordered 3 identical sandwiches and paid extra for avocado- $2.50 each I think- turkey plus sprouts. It cost $53.00! medium size not large. The sanwhiches had NO sprouts, wet shinny spinach and globs of brownish cream cheese and literally 2 tiny slices of avocado. (look hard in picture for one) We threw the sandwiches in the garbage - really disgusting- kinda like going to a bad movie and wanting your time back ~ I want my money back but won't pursue it~just won't ever go there again.

Everything was super fresh and the employees were very nice, I unfortunately did not get their names but it was a young guy and gal , hopefully they will make the beach hut deli radio station .

07/08/2023////I have not had a sandwich from here in many years. I ordered a North Shore and the nachos. Everything was fresh and tasty. The order arrived in an expeditious manner. I used DoorDash and the driver was very pleasant. I love Jersey Mikes. BUT.....this meal was exceptionally fresh-VERY hard to find nowadays. Thank you

No words.. terrible service ordered on line to pick up food and was overcharged 5.00 per sandwich. Didn't matter I was a long time customer. Manager said no refund was coming.. ok fine... adios BHD! My company and I will never do business with you again! Ever! Hope it was worth it.

They ran out of bread rolls on Saturday afternoon! How does a sandwich shop run out of bread. One of the two young women working behind the counter was dropping f bombs while she was chit-chatting with a friend of hers who came in and sat at counter. Very unprofessional!

The service was pretty horrible . At the counter , i place my order with the the gentlemen, he was super nice . However the woman i didn't get her name was very loud staying that i hope our bread is okay it's been in there for awhile . She kept saying she's off and was very loud with the customers at the bar saying you guys i hope the bread is going to be good or you guys have to go to the store . She then called the boss and told the whole Store what he said . She was very unprofessional and made me feel Uneasy to still eat the food knowing the bread is probably bad
Gotta try a sandwich but ya better be hungry!!!
