Although I do love their food, and I have been a loyal customer for almost a decade, through thick and thin… COVID etc. But… I must say that the new “format” with servers coming to your table to take the order and then deliver it is a big mistake. Also the new furniture we arrangement. It is nowhere as nice as it used to be… Completely changed the ambience and the climate for the worst. Please please please go back to where it was!

If you want to pay $18 for a $1.50 breakfast this is your place!

I realize everything is expensive nowadays but the breakfast here is really run of the mill, not huge portions, and nothing better that what you can easily make at home

Hoping to change or add real maple syrup to the menu. Ive had only real 100% maple syrup for 20 years and the taste of this stuff did not go well. The food here is too good to put fake stuff. Raise the price if you have to. remember Kraft is Crap :)

To be clear, I was looking for a place where I could get a quick and fresh bite, get a latte, and work on my laptop. It was great for the first two. But this is a place that’s better for couples and small groups to get breakfast and lunch and dinner. I’d recommend somewhere else if you want to get some work done. Here’s why: No matter where I sat, I was taking up a space designed for four people, unlike coffee shops that tend to have more options for individual seating. The second reason: their WiFi cuts out every so often with a prompt to reënter the password to reconnect. The food: My veggie sandwich was okay. The flavors didn’t come together for me, personally. It’s also put on white bread that falls apart with the moist hummus and tomatoes. It made it difficult to eat. The fries were great, though. My large decaf latte with oat milk was excellent. The cheese danish was also good (I don’t know if they make them or just buy them, though). This was my first time here, though. I haven’t tried other things. The price: I got a sandwich with fries, a large latte, and a cheese danish. I paid around $30.The setting: It’s a walk-up-and-order kind of place. It had a good-size dining space. Plenty of seating. About 15-20 booths and tables with seating for four inside with more tables outside. It was nice. It was busy the entire time but wasn’t hard to find a seat. Those who were there seemed to be happy with the place.I was just passing through, but I don’t know whether I’d come back if I were passing through again. Although, the latte was good, and I’m tempted to try their vegetable quiche. If I ever visit again, I’ll leave the laptop behind and bring family or friends and try the quiche. Maybe I’ll feel differently then. :)

Vegetarian options: Some veggie options available throughout the menu. You could probably customize items with meat, but I didn’t do that because I wanted to try the “veggie sandwich.”

Let me first say that I like Bella Brew for their pastries and the chicken fried steak. Bella Bru's staff is very friendly and orders usually get taken care of very quickly .That being said, they really need to find another person to make their cakes. The kids and I had a Slice of chocolate cake and carrot cake. It was really awful. It looked pretty but it did not taste pretty. At $8.50 a slice cake should not only look good but it should taste good. The carrot cake was gluey and bland. The chocolate cake was extremely dry and had an off flavor. Tasted kind of like the inside of a stale refrigerator. Bottom line by all means eat their breakfast. Eat the pastries.... STAY AWAY FROM THE CAKE.

We ordered two latte and a croissant. We asked to warm up our croissant they showed us microwave and asked us do it by ourselves. It took more than 10 mins and when our caffe got ready it was not latte with foam it was milk with cafe. We showed it they started to argue and laugh. They are too rude .
