So pleased with Bocca Catering, who provided a delicious dinner buffet at my daughter’s wedding reception. I had received a list of approved caterers from the reception venue and after reading their websites and calling them I decided on Bocca. Most caterers did not list specific dishes or have menus on their sites. Instead they would list statements like, “let us customize a menu for you.” This seemed extremely broad and too much work—I just wanted good food for the reception without ME having to draw up ideas. Also, due to time crunch, I did not have time to sample menus.Bocca had several menus with specific dishes listed on their website and everything sounded delicious and the reviews were fantastic.Owner Francie was wonderful to communicate with and made wonderful suggestions, especially with regards to gluten free dishes for someone in the wedding party with celiac.The food was delicious and colorful. The appetizers were exquisite—we had the chicken gyoza, cucumber with hummus and tapenade, and the baked Brietartlets. The main dishes—chicken with lemon cream sauce and tri tip with horseradish butter were savory and moist. The Greek salad was colorful and flavorful. And the bread selection was amazing.Definitely recommending Bocca Catering to all my friends and family!

Appetizers of bruschetta, bacon wrapped shrimp, main courses of prime rib, chicken scallopini, mashed potatoes, garlic/olive oil pasta, Caesar salad, and fresh bread. Francie is an excellent and creative chef! She, with her husband Darren, catered our daughters wedding a few weeks back and everything she prepared was mouth watering. All the guests raved about the appetizers and the dinner that was served. Someone said this isn't normal wedding food, it's like we're at a high end restaurant!

Francie and Darren did an amazing job providing delicious and beautiful food throughout appetizers and dinner for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding. The venue had never been used for a wedding before and Francie and Darren and their professional staff were engaged, polite and attentive to our guests while dealing with two different spaces where food was served as well as preparing food out of two different areas. Two days prior to the the wedding, Darren was on site to make sure that all of the rental set up went flawlessly and Francie and Darren's staff put everything away at the end of the night perfectly. My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy the evening because we knew everything was handled. We had many compliments from our guests on Francie's yummy food as well as the warmth of their skillful servers. Thank you Francie and Darren!
